REMINDER ABOUT FILLS:

Timing: Fills are done 2/3 weeks after your last fill or full set.

Lash Retention: You must have at least 40% of your lashes remaining to qualify for a fill.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Arrive with clean lashes.

Avoid caffeine before your appointment (it can cause eye fluttering).

Avoid using waterproof mascara or curling your lashes the day before your appointment.

AFTERCARE TIPS:

💧 Avoid getting lashes wet for 24 hours.

🧼 Wash lashes 3-4 times a week (eyelash cleansers are available for purchase).

🚫 Never pull or pick at lash extensions (this can damage your natural lashes).

PAYMENT:

💵 Cash payments preferred.

💳 E-transfer option available with additional HST applied

CANCEL POLICY – PLEASE READ:

If you can no longer attend your appointment, please cancel via email or DM as soon as possible (at least 24 hours in advance) to allow other clients the opportunity to fill your spot.

⚠️ No-Shows Policy: If a client misses their appointment and fails to cancel on three separate occasions, deposits will be required to book future appointments.
