We currently do not require a deposit to book an appointment.

If you are unable to attend your booked appointment, please cancel via email or direct message (DM) as soon as possible, and at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients on the waitlist.

Please note: If you miss your appointment without canceling on three separate occasions, a deposit fee will be required to secure any future bookings.

To book an appointment, click “LET’S BOOK” in our navigation bar or “Book an appointment with us” on our homepage to be directed to our online booking system. Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive an email confirmation with our location, parking details, and pre-appointment tips. Appointment reminder texts will also be sent to the phone number you provided during booking.

Free parking is available. Our unit’s designated parking area is on the side of the building.

If those spots are full, other parking spaces may be used behind the building; However, DO NOT PARK in front of the black garage parking spots at the back of the building.

Free street parking is also available along the side of Simcoe Street.

Photo details of parking will be sent in booking confirmation.

Appointments can be booked using the link in our bio.Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all appointment details. Please review this email carefully.
